I had an 11 am appointment for an oil change. I was told 2-3 hours. There were no service managers in the drive through, to provide updates on when the job will be completed. Service was completed. I came after I was notified it was done. I remained on site. There was no one around to answer my questions when I came over to get my car. Any person that went up to from the dealership I did talk to gave me the answer. I don't know and walked away from me. Also, I was quoted one price and charged another. No one could help me with that as well and I had to pay to get my car back even though I had paperwork proving I was not supposed to pay that. Never coming back for service and I was looking at getting a car for my daughter while I was waiting. No way would I buy from them, I would pay more bot to deal with this dealership. More
