I have been doing business with Toyota of Hollywood for 12 years. After buying my Toyotas from them, I have used them exclusively for service. The service I receive has made me a loyal customer. The service reps are always very friendly and even give me a car wash. I leave with my car in great shape and lookin' good, too! I would not go any other place for service! More

I bought my Corolla over 3 years ago and have been servicing my vehicle with them since that time. Each time I visit I'm treated as a valued customer and told my estimated wait time. If there are things needed outside of the normal service I'm told my options and I don't feel pressured to buy anything. I'm escorted to the cashier and dealt with professionally. The reason that I have given hour facility this ratinge is because even through everyone is nice sometimes the quality of the work is questionable. I was so nervous that I was going to be late for work, but I spoke with Bill and he fixed my car right away. Even though he said it was the fastest he's ever replaced a starter, he did a great job!
