Today, I'm here to congratulate and thank Mr. Michael Jones, Assistant Service Manager of Toyota of Hollywood. Someone hit our passenger side rearview mirror, and it simply came off. My husband a Michael Jones, Assistant Service Manager of Toyota of Hollywood. Someone hit our passenger side rearview mirror, and it simply came off. My husband and I were afraid to try and reconnect it ourselves and risk breaking it, which is why we decided to go to Toyota. When my husband explained what had happened to Mr. Jones, he went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to him, we didn't need to buy a new mirror because, with his kindness and precision, he put the mirror back in place for us. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Jones. From now on, he will definitely be my go-to person whenever another problem arises. More
