The system was shut down and my car took almost an entire business day instead of the 3-4 hours I was told. I wish you could document everything on paper and keep the day going and then upload your lo entire business day instead of the 3-4 hours I was told. Everyone was nice but this was a bad experience. So I can not recommend that lack of respect to someone else. More

Standard dealer experience in South Florida. I took my widower Father’s car in for oil change standard service and asked for battery check and wipers replacement- I upsold myself knowing the veh I took my widower Father’s car in for oil change standard service and asked for battery check and wipers replacement- I upsold myself knowing the vehicle needed attention. Picked up the car and Infotainment system was malfunctioning, the tech that started the car should have noticed the screen cycling off and on- it’s a major issue on the 2021 models. Dropped vehicle back off next morning and it took over 6 hours for the updates to be completed and to run the car through the wash- it wasn’t washed first time even though I asked for it. My Uncle worked for Craig Zinn 40 years ago and he’d have to walk his clients through the service process to make sure this didn’t happen to them. Overall dealership was clean and nice, Lyft was helpful- thank you. Ambiance and coffee- great. Service department needs to focus on being thorough and really making sure they’d put their 80 year old parent in the vehicle before moving to the next vehicle or clocking out and going home. More
