I AM BOILING TO SEE HOW DEALERS CHEAT AND ROB CUSTOMERS AND SUCK OUT THEIR MONEY! I'm a Canadian who spend winters in Florida, when we arrived, I needed to do oil change on my Toyota. I went to "Hollywo AND SUCK OUT THEIR MONEY! I'm a Canadian who spend winters in Florida, when we arrived, I needed to do oil change on my Toyota. I went to "Hollywood Toyota" to do the oil change. their adviser told me that I need to change transmission Oil (at 66,000 KM)? which they charge very high price! with no further investigation I agreed, they took the vehicle in for the work. (I waited 4 hours for a job that take maximum one hour). when I got my car back just started to drive, I saw some wired lights on the dash board so I made U turn and went back. at that time, they were closing the service department, I saw the other advisor who set next to mine and called her out to see the car and tell me what's wrong. she did not succeed to fix it and suggested that I'll come "next day" to see my advisor. I went the next day, saw my advisor who told me that they have to "analyze" the issue and it cost $600-, I told him..."I brought the car in perfect condition and that's the ONLY way I'll take it back I’m NOT paying for their fault. I had to speak to a service department manager, after talks he told the advisor "to put the car in". I waited 6 hours, finally the advisor told me that a sensor is damaged and must be replaced at cost of $2100-. I refused to pay, it was late to take the car in as they were closing. I went back with my wife (who's the registered owner) and let her talk with the manager, She told him that we had no previous issues with the car. Once I told the manager that I did contact the "help me Howard" and few TV stations, as well I contacted Toyota's head office, he agreed to put the car in to try to resolve the issue. he said that they must remove the bumper, AT THAT POINT I SAID, I'D LIKE TO SEE THE CAR ON THE HOIST AND SEE FOR MYSELF) He said that I cannot step into their garage which made me more suspicious and upset. I can state that BASICALLY they cheat customers, their mechanic disconnected the sensor! to prove my point, I understand a lot in cars, being an Engineer with few diplomas, they did it to try and make money thinking that "everyone is stupid”! the held the car inside the garage for over 6 hours, I asked to get a full report of the work done and parts replaced! I have the report that they did NOT mention change of any parts just adjust and checked air filters!...obviously they connected back the sensor. WARNING TO ANY TOYOTA OWNER IN FLORIDA! for your information. **TOYOTA service ADVISERS ARE WORKING ON STRAIGHT COMISSION! THEY’LL TRY TO ADVISE/CONVINCE any customer TO DO UNNESSESARY SERVICE (NOT NEEDED SERVICES)! Should one not agree, once you’re vehicle is in the garage the mechanic will disconnect or do something to cause you’re vehicle to show different signs to bring the car back to be fixed. you’ll have to pay for the “analysis” and for the unnecessary “repairs” More

Brandon is an amazing service advisor! He goes above and beyond to make sure to take care of me and I'm sure of all of his service clients. Since I'm a senior who doesn't know much about c He goes above and beyond to make sure to take care of me and I'm sure of all of his service clients. Since I'm a senior who doesn't know much about cars and feel that people can easily take advantage of me at old age, Brandon is not only the most honest advisor I have dealt with but I appreciate how he always makes time to answer any questions or issues I may have with my car. I highly recommend going with Brandon and he deserves more than just a raise and promotion. Thank you to toyota for hiring a great advisor like Brandon. More
