I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER OR THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE. Especially their Collission Center is the worst place to conduct any business. Their employees treat you like "they are doing you a favor" wh ANYONE. Especially their Collission Center is the worst place to conduct any business. Their employees treat you like "they are doing you a favor" while they try to chadge you irrational prices. Their lack of manner and customer service are outraging. They are unprofessional and inconsistent. They do not provide any kind of service on the contrary, they are defiant and careless. I have the arrogant emails of a staff that works there, to whom I asked the corporate contact and defiantly and sarcastic she sent me an email with the information; she identified herself as Mayelin Reyes. I called corporate several times and sadly they haven't done much. This Toyota Corporate seems to be useless. Unfortunately, Toyota is a great car, but I regret I went to Hollywood Toyota to buy my car. Again, Think twice, three times before going to that dealer to even buy a drink. That dealer, their customer service and management in general don't worth your time, effort and of course money. Go some other dealer! TOYOTA OF HOLLYWOOD IS SIMPLY THE WORST! More

Thanks for the Lyft ride home soon didn’t have to wait at the dealership. That was very helpful. However I think the girls outside need a scheduled break time.
