Excellent customer service 2 months ago I went to Toyota dealership, I didn't have good credit, they start to helping me but my case was heavy and want to gave up. One day, I decided to called back one last time to see where I stand and Richard Jean-Louis answered the phone and decided to help me. I never see somebody care so much for the customers, he was the only person stood up with me and said Rose you will get this car tonight. Now I'm driving a new Toyota Prius 2015, Mr. Richard treat me like family I am very satisfied and happy with my new car. He is very professional and 1 months after having my car he also help my cousin with a new car too. He is very friendly, patient and I recommend every body who want to buy a car just go to Toyota in Hollywood and ask for Richard, it will be a best decision you will ever made. Worst service and customer service My took my car for recalled items to be replaced or repaired. The repairman was so rough, he broke the air vent, messed up the gloves(wont stay shut)s My took my car for recalled items to be replaced or repaired. The repairman was so rough, he broke the air vent, messed up the gloves(wont stay shut)scratched up my door frame and my steering column. It took them a month but they did replace the air vent they say they worked on the glove box, still broken, they refused to fix this Frame where they scratched it and the service manager who is supposed to take care of the couches on my steering column can't seem to return my phone calls or make an appointment or get around to it for 4 months now. I will never buy a new car from them I will never take my car there for service I will drive ten miles farther. Everytime you call you are put on hold for 20 minutes you leave multiple voice messages and no one calls you back including the service manager the assistant manager of the dealership or the GM or the owner. These people do not deserve your money. You have been forewarned. More

Last year, I had the opportunity to meet Toyota of Hollywood while visiting Edgardo Rivas; I spoke with him because I wanted to change the car that I had in that moment. I don’t imagine that at that time could have a new car, but after explaining my situation to Edgardo with extra details he knew that it was my need. To my surprise, TOYOTA could value me as a special guest and allowed me to have funding to have a new 2015 Corolla; I still feel grateful for that gesture. TOYOTA not only gave me the opportunity to change my ex-car but also allowed me, enter in the system of financing Toyota which is generating to me a lot of benefits. I totally recommend TOYOTA of HOLLYWOOD and Edgardo Rivas because they are very friendly and help you really get the car you want. Juan Lopez More

Worst experience ever! When the deal was done on the car it took me almost two weeks to receive the car, which was very inconvenient. After I received the car I noticed that When the deal was done on the car it took me almost two weeks to receive the car, which was very inconvenient. After I received the car I noticed that the car was making a weird noise, and the steering wheel was hard to use. I took it back and they inspected the car they reassured me that the car was not making any noise and that they would get the steering wheel fixed. Found out that the power steering went bad after going there countless times. After about two months I got it fixed, however the noise was still there that apparently I was the only one hearing. I took it to Kia and they told me that it was the a/c compressor that was causing the noise and I needed a new one. They offered to fix it for a service fee of 800. I took it back to toyota and gave them the report and suddenly they could hear the noise I've been hearing since I received the car. They still did not fix it, then not even six months later the car finally broke down because the alternator was bad. I purchased an extended warranty with the car that was supposed to cover the repair but was unable to use the warranty so I had to pay for it myself. I was back and forth with them for five months trying to find out why I was unable to use my extended warranty. They kept giving me the run around for five months until I got in touch with Yohan xxxxxxx (I might be spelling his name wrong). I called the company and they told me that there was no record on file to show that I had a warranty with them. At this point Yohan found out that whoever did my deal messed up the paperwork so the extended warranty was never activated. I contacted a manager there and told them all that was going on and he tells me that I never got an extended warranty from them, despite me having the contract in front of me! I got in touch with Yohan again because apparently he was the only one that could find this warranty that I was making up in my little head and also paying for. Anyways, he was very helpful and understood my frustration, resubmitted the paperworks and now I am waiting for it to be activated so that I can receive a refund for the warranty and get rid of this lemon that I was sold. I just have to say this was the worst experience ever and I went to a "trusted dealership" to avoid this and it still happened to me. Thank you Yohan for your help and I am sorry that you were left to clean up the mess your colleagues caused. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I hope you all see this review! More
