Horrible service department I made a service appointment on line. It was about 3 days out. I chose 11:00 on a Wednesday just for an oil change. At 12:45 I was still waiting fo I made a service appointment on line. It was about 3 days out. I chose 11:00 on a Wednesday just for an oil change. At 12:45 I was still waiting for my car. I went to Evan Kendra to check on the car, he said my car didn't even go in yet. I explained I had an 11:00 appointment and he informed me that means it just put you in line. My way of thinking you take the appointment first that is why you make it. Finally at 1:30 my car was ready. What is the use of making an appointment. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a service manager. Nobody was available so I left my name and number on voice mail. Still have not heard from him. On the bottom of the invoice states you can now make service appointment 24/7 a week.. ...........WHY BOTHER........ More

I can't get a service manager to return my call for 5 days. I leased my 2016 car from toyota of hollywood , took it in twice for regular maintenence both time they broke my wheel cover and said nothing. Even before I let them do the work the second time, I brought it to their attention that they broke my wheel covers, and please take note that none are now broken. Guess what, they still broke it, and denied they did. For my third maintenance, I took it to lipton toyota, they discovered my tire pressure sensor was broken off, and just put back in the tire. The only persons that went into my tire was toyota of hollywood to put a patch inside the tire for a small nail in the tire, instead of just a plug. And then trying to charge me $40 for the patch, but still refusing to accept guilt for breaking my wheel covers. Now I've been trying to get in touch with a service Manger for 5 days to discuss my tire pressure sensor. I can't get any Manger to accept or return my call, for 5 days. My next option is to drive the 40 minutes there. More
Service center tried to SCAM me. Got quoted $900 by Drew Manning to fix my headlight because apparently there was an issue with the wiring harness. Asked for a written estimate repeatedly but never received one. Went to a different dealership the next weekend and got my headlight bulb replaced for $45. Will never go back here again. More

After picking the vehicle I chose, and working with Steve and Zak. I ended up getting the deal I was looking to get. The deal went as advertised.No exceptions. There's nothing like getting the car of ones choice, and getting the deal you saw advertised, If one qualifies for that right. All of the above occurred. So with that. I can only recommend this dealership and its team for honoring what they advertised. So thumbs up to The team at Toyota Hollywood. I am well within my 3yr 36k mile factory warranty but will NEVER return to TOH after reading how terrible they are on multiple websites. I've requested multiple staff by multiple means to ship the original factory equipment to my ethical local dealer Earl Stewart to replace faulty ADVENT system and maintain my factory warranty coverage. NO RESPONSE. I'm an old, poor, single female veteran who bought this car so i never had to worry again. I guess corporate America is having a good laugh!! Even Toyota corporate customer service says "that's a sales issue" and "there's nothing we can do" RUN, DON't WALK away from this terrible dealership, and maybe TOYOTA also, I'm going HONDA because of this. dealer also made false statements in rebuttal saying that "dealer add ons" were listed on window sticker but it's NOT TRUE! I have all original paperwork/stickers and there IS NO SUCH STICKER!! what liars!! More
