The vehicle purchased was misrepresented as to features and after the paperwork was signed the girl discovered the discrepancy. Toyota of Hattiesburg told her if she did not want this RX350 they would find her another one with the features she wanted but would only give her trade in value toward the vehicle they would find for her. They wanted to gove her about 4500 dollars less than she just gave them. Toyota of Hattiesburg will take advantage of you and the Mississippi Attorney General office says there are no laws in Mississippi to protect you from this type behavior. You can sue but if it's not on paper it's your word against theirs. Don't believe what these people say, only what your eyes see. More

Worst experience!!! Me and my wife walked in wanting to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma. Well everything looked great from the start greeted from our car till we were inside. There we got our price for our trade in and got our out the door price. So we went to finance this vehicle and they gave us a 8% for 72 months. We thought this was great till we found out what our note would be every month. So we left thinking that that we would need a co signer till we got to kims no bull. Needless to say toyota of Hattiesburg never ran our credit and just told us we were approved. I do not purchase vehicles from dishonest people. I like to know if you never ran our credit and we were not approved. That we defiantly were going to need a co signer. The guy that helped us was great customer service guy but they got the car industry all wrong!!! Go to kims no bull and get the price and rate you deserve!!! More

I did my homework to know what car to buy, but I honestly didn't think that we would be able to afford the high MPG "dream car" that we wanted. I also had heard stories before of other dealerships taking advantage of people; but, Toyota of Hattiesburg completely opened my eyes to how things Should be done. Wesley helped us get the car we went there for, and for a great price. And the best part about it was that the negotiation was entirely transparent. There weren't any hidden figures that would pop up on the invoice later. In fact there weren't many extra fees at all. This is what buying a car should be like. Carmax has a good thing going because of their transparency, but their cars are used and the prices are too high. The people at Toyota of Hattiesburg are good, hardworking people that are truly honest. I highly recommend them. More
I would not get a vehicle at this dealership if they were giving them away. First of all, I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. I spent several minutes walking around the lot and NO ONE asked if I needed an giving them away. First of all, I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. I spent several minutes walking around the lot and NO ONE asked if I needed any help. I had to go inside to ask if there were any salemen that worked there. The salesman (Mr. Owens) that finally assisted me was very nice. However, that was the only thing good I have to say about the experience. The sales manager treated me like I didn't have enough sense to tie my own shoes, much less make a deal on a vehicle. Another salesperson made a snide remark while I was there about not being able to explain anything to me. I'm certain I have more educational degrees that anyone I spoke to at that facility, yet I was treated very disrespectfully. Just because you're a female, doesn't mean that you can be easily taken advantage of or that you don't have any business sense. I went to a dealership across town who was more than happy to do business with me.....and I got a MUCH better deal. More
Do not use this dealership! They took advantage of an 18 year old girl. They accepted her 2007 PT Cruiser for repair. Then, they said they didn't have a clue what was wrong with it and couldn't repair it. I year old girl. They accepted her 2007 PT Cruiser for repair. When asked why they accepted the car... They lied and said my daughter told them it was a Toyota Camry. Our family has never owned a Toyota and never will! My daughter is NOT a liar!!! More
Brought car in for replacement of 2 tire pressure sensors service confirmed as bad I paid for 3 as I knew we had just replaced one of the sensors. When the car was left to have them replaced I get a call te service confirmed as bad I paid for 3 as I knew we had just replaced one of the sensors. When the car was left to have them replaced I get a call telling me there are now 4 bad sensors and not I owe almost twice what I did. One of the 4 sensors on the car was less than 3 months old and I am forced to pay for it also. No one at the dealership in a position of authority has bothered to contact me to explain how 2 sensors now are 4. This is how people are treated at shade tree garages not at a place you should expect full professionalism. My presumption is in removing the tires they were damaged somehow and Toyota does not want to admit it. More
