Way overpriced, look elsewhere. Call around! Tried to buy a new Corolla here and it was a huge waste of time. These people were over $3,000 more than the other Toyota dealerships I called. Guess they have to pay for that Taj Mahal of a dealership they built. I went to the dealership in Pascagoula and saved over 3 grand. Was well worth the drive. Fast forward 6 months. I decided to get my oil changed here because it was free and took over 3 f**king hours. Won't be back. Worth the $50 or whatever it cost to get it done somewhere else. More

Horrible experience purchased a used Chevy Tahoe '07 and I c purchased a used Chevy Tahoe '07 and I can say this is the worst experience with car dealerships. The truck has been giving me problems from the 1st purchased a used Chevy Tahoe '07 and I can say this is the worst experience with car dealerships. The truck has been giving me problems from the 1st week. A light came on that said that the car had low oil pressure. The company replaced a sensor for that, I picked the truck up and the light came back on as soon as I was about to pull in my drive way. The truck now after having for few months is saying service stabilitrak, and the truck will only go about 30 miles per hour and it drives sluggish. The truck squeaks when it elevates over any bump, I assume that must be the shocks or something. I guess I thought since I was buying the truck from a dealership, it was a good buy. Well I am now paying car note and insurance on a lemon. I am terrified. The body looks great but looks are deceiving. The salesman David Bowen should be ashamed for selling me this piece of junk. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have waited and at least researched the car first. I wish they would let me trade it out for something with less maintenance. This is awful paying for something that has major engine issues. My daughter and I was on the highway and a log truck almost slammed in the back of us, but he veered off to keep from hitting us. The engine just completely died, when I started it back up I drove it to the back of my yard and left it. I have never had this to happen to me in all of my 37 years of life. I keep thinking about how I got to make car notes and insurance notes on this lemon! Ughh!!! More

The vehicle purchased was misrepresented as to features and after the paperwork was signed the girl discovered the discrepancy. Toyota of Hattiesburg told her if she did not want this RX350 they would find her another one with the features she wanted but would only give her trade in value toward the vehicle they would find for her. They wanted to gove her about 4500 dollars less than she just gave them. Toyota of Hattiesburg will take advantage of you and the Mississippi Attorney General office says there are no laws in Mississippi to protect you from this type behavior. You can sue but if it's not on paper it's your word against theirs. Don't believe what these people say, only what your eyes see. More

Worst experience!!! Me and my wife walked in wanting to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma. So we went to finance this vehicle and they gave us a 8% for 72 months. We thought this was great till we found out what our note would be every month. So we left thinking that that we would need a co signer till we got to kims no bull. Needless to say toyota of Hattiesburg never ran our credit and just told us we were approved. I do not purchase vehicles from dishonest people. I like to know if you never ran our credit and we were not approved. That we defiantly were going to need a co signer. The guy that helped us was great customer service guy but they got the car industry all wrong!!! Go to kims no bull and get the price and rate you deserve!!! More
