I would not get a vehicle at this dealership if they were giving them away. First of all, I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. I spent several minutes walking around the lot and NO ONE asked if I needed an giving them away. First of all, I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. I spent several minutes walking around the lot and NO ONE asked if I needed any help. I had to go inside to ask if there were any salemen that worked there. The salesman (Mr. Owens) that finally assisted me was very nice. However, that was the only thing good I have to say about the experience. The sales manager treated me like I didn't have enough sense to tie my own shoes, much less make a deal on a vehicle. Another salesperson made a snide remark while I was there about not being able to explain anything to me. I'm certain I have more educational degrees that anyone I spoke to at that facility, yet I was treated very disrespectfully. Just because you're a female, doesn't mean that you can be easily taken advantage of or that you don't have any business sense. I went to a dealership across town who was more than happy to do business with me.....and I got a MUCH better deal. More

Do not use this dealership! They took advantage of an 18 year old girl. They accepted her 2007 PT Cruiser for repair. When asked why they accepted the car... They lied and said my daughter told them it was a Toyota Camry. Our family has never owned a Toyota and never will! My daughter is NOT a liar!!! More

Brought car in for replacement of 2 tire pressure sensors service confirmed as bad I paid for 3 as I knew we had just replaced one of the sensors. When the car was left to have them replaced I get a call te service confirmed as bad I paid for 3 as I knew we had just replaced one of the sensors. When the car was left to have them replaced I get a call telling me there are now 4 bad sensors and not I owe almost twice what I did. One of the 4 sensors on the car was less than 3 months old and I am forced to pay for it also. No one at the dealership in a position of authority has bothered to contact me to explain how 2 sensors now are 4. This is how people are treated at shade tree garages not at a place you should expect full professionalism. My presumption is in removing the tires they were damaged somehow and Toyota does not want to admit it. More

I purchased my vehicle at this location and I first took it in for my tires to be checked and they were able to do it during my lunch hour and then I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and the cos it in for my tires to be checked and they were able to do it during my lunch hour and then I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and the cost was far less than I had expected, since I had recently gotten my oil changed on another vehicle at another dealer and it cost more for that than for me to have my tires rotated and oil changed. I was able to get a ride to work and was picked up when it was ready. Just an outstanding location and service. More

I went in for a routine oil change and I had a coupon for 30 minute or less oil change. I waited for almost an hour and a half for my truck to finally get finished. When I asked the cashier about the coupo 30 minute or less oil change. I waited for almost an hour and a half for my truck to finally get finished. When I asked the cashier about the coupon she informed me the 30 minutes didn't start until the vehicle was pulled into the shop not the time I arrived. I felt embarassed that I used a coupon and she acted like I as trying to get something for nothing. I will not return to this service center and will not recommend it to anyone else.
