Service department would have my wife's brakes go out Toyota told me my Prius with a weak battery cell and a bad brake actuator was perfectly safe to drive as is. Didn't even get told about the bad brake Toyota told me my Prius with a weak battery cell and a bad brake actuator was perfectly safe to drive as is. Didn't even get told about the bad brake actuator I had to figure that out myself. Just so you guys know a car with a weak hybrid battery cell causing the red triangle is not perfectly safe to drive. It puts the card into safe or limp mode and it doesn't accelerate properly. Also my brake actuator was going out as well and even though it was throwing the code for it nothing was told to me about this. Luckily I got a scan tool and figured that out myself and had it fixed by my local mechanic. If this had not been fixed eventually my brakes would have went out completely. My wife drives this car with my 1 year old son in it. Thanks Toyota for telling me the car was perfectly fine to drive as is and nothing was wrong but a weak hybrid battery cell. More

Very poor customer service, record keeping, and no followup. I have to select 1 star because there's no option for negative stars. Early this month I went to the service department for a warranty replacement of I have to select 1 star because there's no option for negative stars. Early this month I went to the service department for a warranty replacement of a sun visor. The "Service Advisor" was Xzavier January. He took my warranty papers and information and the sun visor. He went to the parts department and checked on availability, and came back and told me it had to be ordered. That supposedly was done. Mr. January also told me I didn't need to bring back my warranty information because he had "put it all in the system" (computer). I gave him the specific phone number to the warranty company (not Toyota), and he claimed the part was covered. He also kept my old visor. After 3 weeks I heard nothing and called the parts department. I was told they did not have a sun visor, had not ordered a sun visor, and had no record of my information in the computer system. I drove to the dealership last week and asked about it. Mr. January was out (they told me his name at that time). The person who tried to help me appeared to be a custodian or some other employee. The other "Service Advisor" didn't lift up his head or offer anything until the person trying to help me asked him about Mr. January. The man who tried to help me could not find the visor in Mr. January's desk area. I need the old visor to return to the warranty company for them to cover the repair, or I pay out of pocket. I checked with the warranty company, and they had no record of a call from the dealership to initiate the claim or inquire about coverage. Today I tried to call Mr. January at Toyota to follow up. Two times the phone rang about 15 times, then went to a busy signal; so I could not leave a message. I called again and told the receptionist I had tried to call Mr. January, but he was not answering. She connected me with the other service person. After I told him what I was looking for, he called Mr. January to the phone. After repeating everything to Mr. January, he had no memory of any of the transaction with me, there was no information put into the computer system, and he could find no sun visor. I asked to speak to the Service manager and was told he was out. I was offered a transfer to their "Customer Relations" person. She offered to provide me a used visor to be returned to the warranty company, but ONLY if I would have the work performed in their shop. So, these folks are basically stealing my old parts and offering to return them as bribery for work done in their shop. After such sloppy customer service, I had already decided to have it done elsewhere. I have better things to do with my time and energy than to make up such a claim, which they seem to think is the case. I pointed out that the basic problem is that their employee(s) are not doing their job--computer entry, ordering parts, phone follow up with customer, etc. More
Way overpriced, look elsewhere. Call around! Tried to buy a new Corolla here and it was a huge waste of time. These people were over $3,000 more than the other Toyota dealerships I called. Would Tried to buy a new Corolla here and it was a huge waste of time. These people were over $3,000 more than the other Toyota dealerships I called. Would not budge not one cent . Guess they have to pay for that Taj Mahal of a dealership they built. I went to the dealership in Pascagoula and saved over 3 grand. Was well worth the drive. Fast forward 6 months. I decided to get my oil changed here because it was free and took over 3 f**king hours. Won't be back. Worth the $50 or whatever it cost to get it done somewhere else. More

The sensor kept indicating that it was in the car. We called Toyota of Hattiesburg and Salesman Mark Ford said to bring it in the morning. He was there to help us. Mark was convinced it was in the car and wouldn’t give up looking. Much to our gratitude, he found it lodged under the material at the side of driver’s seat. More

Horrible experience purchased a used Chevy Tahoe '07 and I c purchased a used Chevy Tahoe '07 and I can say this is the worst experience with car dealerships. The truck has been giving me problems from the 1st purchased a used Chevy Tahoe '07 and I can say this is the worst experience with car dealerships. The truck has been giving me problems from the 1st week. A light came on that said that the car had low oil pressure. The company replaced a sensor for that, I picked the truck up and the light came back on as soon as I was about to pull in my drive way. The truck now after having for few months is saying service stabilitrak, and the truck will only go about 30 miles per hour and it drives sluggish. The truck squeaks when it elevates over any bump, I assume that must be the shocks or something. I guess I thought since I was buying the truck from a dealership, it was a good buy. Well I am now paying car note and insurance on a lemon. I am terrified. The body looks great but looks are deceiving. The salesman David Bowen should be ashamed for selling me this piece of junk. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have waited and at least researched the car first. I wish they would let me trade it out for something with less maintenance. This is awful paying for something that has major engine issues. My daughter and I was on the highway and a log truck almost slammed in the back of us, but he veered off to keep from hitting us. The engine just completely died, when I started it back up I drove it to the back of my yard and left it. I have never had this to happen to me in all of my 37 years of life. I keep thinking about how I got to make car notes and insurance notes on this lemon! Ughh!!! More
