After two test drives, she gave us her honest opinion, that for our needs and affordability, the Corolla would be our best bet. Sure enough, we walked out with our new car a few hours later in the exact color I wanted. Thanks to her help, the entire process was so painless, which was appreciated considering this was my first experience with buying a new car. She didn't use any pressure or tactics on us, just genuine kindness and the wish to help find the right car for us. Thank you, Ana, for everything! More

I thought it was pressure tactics, but it was actually her trying to help me get the car and the deal that I wanted. Instead they wanted to sell me a different color. Sales Person Elvis Lopez said car was sold just now. I reached out to Internet Sales and they said they took a deposit the night before. Why would you call me today and tell me the car is available, give me a deal and bring me in if the car had a deposit the night before? If you’re going to lie to your customers, get the story straight. Horrendous customer service. I’m a loyal Toyota customer with over 5 Toyota purchases and this just ruined it for me. Buyers beware.
