Purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Hackensack and had a great in-person experience—but everything after that has been frustrating. I never received my sales or warranty documents despite multiple requests, great in-person experience—but everything after that has been frustrating. I never received my sales or warranty documents despite multiple requests, and the warranty was described as “bumper-to-bumper,” which turned out to be inaccurate and cost me $700 out-of-pocket. Communication from Kellen T., Denis, Rosie, and Jay R. has been inconsistent, with little follow-up. To make matters worse, my temporary tags expired and I still don’t have my registration, leaving me unable to legally drive the car. Disappointing experience overall. More

I do not recommend getting a car from this person. I assumed having an agent from the same nationality would mean better service, but I was wrong. They sold me a third-party extended warranty that I was led to believe was from Toyota, and now they are making it extremely difficult for me to get a refund. Very unprofessional. More
