I was helped by Miriam, who’s first question was “do you know what you want?” She listened patiently to what I wanted and needed and then she told me “let me see what I can do”. After going back and forth with offers she got me a car I wanted, needed and was able to afford. Miriam went out of her way to have a pleased costumer. She made me feel as if we knew each other for a while, I was comfortable with how she did not push me to get a car, but gave me freedom to decide on my own. I ended up getting the car, I recommended Miriam and the dealer to my family and friends. More
