If you want a Supra, JP is the guy to go to. I called the dealership in April 2024 once they had an allocation of a 2024 Supra 3.0 Premium in Stratosphere/Hazelnut. He sent me shipping updates when it was at sea and sent me pictures once it arrived on the dealer's lot. We got everything done in 1 afternoon in late June. Toyota of Hackensack is a large enough showroom to highlight new & available cars, while you meet with one of their kind and informed specialists. Their waiting room is large, spacious and clean. Water and Starbucks coffee offers to all clients, new and potential. I met with Jeff Canlas not sure of my next move after a 3 year lease. Jeff walked me through every scenario with patience and clarity. Although I could not make a decision the same day, I went back and Jeff answered all of my questions thoroughly, and when not sure of an answer, confirmed with management. Jeff was kind, thoughtful, listened to my concerns, and genuinely cared and guided me to the best decision for me at this time.
