While I ended up purchasing a vehicle it was a complicated process. The initial salesperson was so appallingly rude that I literally had to walk out. I recently purchased a car from Toyota of Hackensack and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, my salesman, Jeff, was great. However, I was disappointed with the dealership's unwillingness to negotiate on the price. Despite the dealership's older appearance suggesting it might offer more savings, the negotiation process was quite rigid. I had hoped for a bit more flexibility considering the dealership's age and appearance, which gave off a more budget-friendly vibe. Overall, while Jeff provided excellent service, the dealership's firm stance on pricing was a letdown. If you're looking for a straightforward buying experience and a great salesman, ask for Jeff. But if you're hoping for significant price negotiations, you might want to manage your expectations. More

Everyone is very friendly, not very efficient, except for the lady at the front desk There seems to be a lack of knowledge poor performance and terrible customer service in the parts department. Nobody has answers and bounces you around. Spent 3 days, went through 4 people just to order and get a spare tire. Very disappointed. Definitely go somewhere else for future service. More
