Melissa was very easy to work with and she was accommodating. She got me a car that was not in their lot and made sure I close on the deal before year end. I gave a dealer a 4 star because I don't accommodating. She got me a car that was not in their lot and made sure I close on the deal before year end. I gave a dealer a 4 star because I don't appreciate the finance team being intimidating to try to sell you extra insurance and an extended warranty. If it's, one thing that attracts us to the Toyota brand is it's reliability. If they need to sell extras there are far better ways to do so. Thank you anyways to the whole team!! More
