Service prices I drive from Eaton Rapids because I love the people but the last service I had done was across town at another Toyota service center and they gave me I drive from Eaton Rapids because I love the people but the last service I had done was across town at another Toyota service center and they gave me a list of things that need to be done at my next visit with there prices. I was unable to get in for 2 weeks, thus I scheduled an appointment here. Your prices are double. I find this to be very sad. I will not come here after today to get my vehicle serviced again. Nothing against the service workers. They are kind but could not tell me why the difference. More
Ripped Off I paid cash for a 2015 Rave 4 - all wheel drive that was certified with a years warranty in early March of 2018. I was back in the dealership on 12/8 I paid cash for a 2015 Rave 4 - all wheel drive that was certified with a years warranty in early March of 2018. I was back in the dealership on 12/8/2018 and was told that I needed new brakes and new tires. They blamed me "you must have hit a pothole" for the cupping tires. It's my opinion that the car had these problems when I drove it off the lot. This certified vehicle under 40,000 miles at the time should have lasted me at least one year without having to put money in the car for repairs. I chose Toyota hoping that with a good name this would be a great investment. I've bought several new cars in the past and never heard of a need for new brakes under 40,000 miles and less than a year of ownership. I'm now wondering if this was a manufacture problem. Who is responsible and what kind of future problems with I have with this car. More
Bait and Switch Classic bait and switch. Jake offered us one price on a 2016 demo Sequoia ($47,800) on Saturday afternoon, a price which was slightly higher than the Classic bait and switch. Jake offered us one price on a 2016 demo Sequoia ($47,800) on Saturday afternoon, a price which was slightly higher than the online price of $47,777 that had gotten us talking to them. You can see the price history on autolist dot com. We asked a few clarification questions since we planned to buy the car sight unseen from out of state. He said he'd have to wait until Monday to get an answer. He didn't call back Monday morning, so when we reached him in the afternoon, suddenly the price was upped to $48,900. He claimed it had been "dyslexia." Refusing to honor the Saturday price even though the car has been for sale on their website since March (I'm writing this in September). We spent three days trying to negotiate the price of the car back down to the *original* price and they act like they're doing us a favor. Manager refusing to come to the phone. In 30 years of buying cars, never once had such a slimy "used car dealer" experience. #Fraud #Falseadvertising #baitandswitch #nohonor #smarmy #shyster More

I finally got it replaced i had to wait for 10 minutes by the door to be seen even tho they had people just standing there. After all that i had my airbag light come on! In all the years ive had my corrolla ive never had one light come on. I have called the service department multiple times and left multiple voicemails and have not received a call back. More
Worst Used Car Experience Ever I wanted to purchase a Highlander Hybrid. They had one with 96,000 miles. I didn't want that many miles but decided to go for it as these are somewhat hard to find used. I put $2500 down to hold this $22,000 vehicle while they fixed the stereo, which had a broken CD player. During the following week I called my sales man numerous times on his desk and cell phone for information and to possibly add to the order. I left messages, texts, voicemails. I was able to talk to him 1 time when he actually picked up the call. I don't know why he would not return my calls. Anyway, I wanted a quote to install a hitch. Never heard back, left messages, etc, During this time I learned that the vehicle would require about $1,000 in routine maintenance once I took possession. Again, I tried to talk to the sales man with no success. I was willing to pay a fair price for them to do this work, but they wouldn't take my calls. I elevated this to a sales manager. After explaining my situation he said he would check it out and get back to me. Never talked to him again, even after calling, leaving messages, etc. Finally I was fed up and decided to cancel the pending sale. I talked to Kenneth, the sales manager who finalized my pending deal while I was at the dealership. Kenneth basically implied that I could not cancel my purchase and get my money back. I explained to him that there was no way I was going to complete this sale and if the dealership didn't refund my money I would make sure the credit card company did. At that point he asked me "are you threatening me?". Threat? Really? How ludicrous. My advice to you is do not use this dealership. The dealer I ultimately bought from (Gregory Infiniti, Libertyville IL) treated me like royalty, made the buying experience a delight, and did everything in their power to make sure I was happy. This is NOT the experience I received with Toyota Scion of GR. More

Vehicle #4 from Toyota Grand Rapids!!! Lol! My salesperson Al Luke is a strong Christian. (He'd be a good Muslim, too, though!) (I am half Middle Eastern:)). He has always been kind and PATIEN My salesperson Al Luke is a strong Christian. (He'd be a good Muslim, too, though!) (I am half Middle Eastern:)). He has always been kind and PATIENT with me, and goes out of his way, above and beyond. I have NEVER been treated with any disrespect as a female car owner/purchaser. This Toyota dealership is so kid friendly, my kids don't mind coming with me and waiting for oil changes. They have complementary drinks and popcorn, which has saved both my and my kids' sanity, a play room for kids, and a quiet computer room with couches for me to work in, while we wait. My therapy dog can come into the building. My service person Bruce is kind, EFFICIENT (I'm always on the run) and in tune with me. I can't always afford EVERYTHING to be serviced...Bruce chooses safety work first and gives me honest guidance for the rest, so I can BUDGET and time the service to my paycheck. The Business Director Jay Rodenberry was extremely knowledgable, and efficient. He negotiated a monthly payment that I can afford, and makes sense for us. More
