Toyota of Grand Rapids

I just discovered that Toyota of Grand Rapids has been using Pennzoil synthetic oil for my oil changes instead of Toyota synthetic oil for my oil changes. Per contract they were supposed to be giving me a using Pennzoil synthetic oil for my oil changes instead of Toyota synthetic oil for my oil changes. Per contract they were supposed to be giving me a lifetime oil changes of Toyota synthetic oil retail $49 or $59 at a cost to me of $12.99 plus taxes and fees. So, around $15. I was never informed that they were going to be substituting Pennzoil synthetic oil for Toyota synthetic oil. I'm very upset about this!!! More
