We explained to him that we were trying to cut back on our budget and that the new Rav4 would save us so much money in gas. We weren't there to purchase but it made sense after we saw the savings. After doing the math and numbers and finding out how upside down we were in my Ford Explorer that I only purchased there a year ago, I decided to check out the 2012 Toyota Camry LE and fell in love with it! With even more gas savings I knew it would be perfect for us! Michael Chancy did a fantastic job showing us the Camry and its benefits, his knowledge of the Toyota product line was superb! My boyfriend Jason worked there with Toyota too so when the 2 of them got together it was an awesome show!!!!!! Lol. Thanks Michael Chancy! He deserves major cudos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The folks at Toyota of Dothan were top notch when it comes to customer service and friendliness especially Rachel Simmons. I did not need to buy a new car, I had a 2011 Tundra that I loved. I was fishing for a great deal to get my wife an SUV so I could take the smaller car to work and save a few dollars on gas. I never thought I would buy another new car but Toyota of Dothan offered me a great new car at the best price with none of the hassel I have come to expect from car buying I had already signed a purchase agreement at another dealer in the area but had to pay a $500 nonrefundable deposit to have it shipped and wait for the vehicle to arrive. I got an email from Rachel two days later with a deal I could not pass up for a vehicle that was better equipped, in stock and would still be cheaper even after losing the $500 deposit. We worked everything over the phone or email even my trade in. I spent more time on the drive to Dothan from Ft Walton beach than I did at the dealership. Well worth the drive. Still excited about it. They even offered me advice on how to get my money back from that other dealer and told that they don't ever require a deposit to bring in a vehicle for a customer. If you are looking at buying a Toyota in this area then go to Toyota of Dothan. More
