My name is Dennis Rodriguez. I am in the Military stationed at Fort Rucker, Alabama. My wife is also in the Military and is stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas(near El Paso). I only get small opportunit stationed at Fort Rucker, Alabama. My wife is also in the Military and is stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas(near El Paso). I only get small opportunities to see my wife, usually around once a month for one weekend. I wanted to synchronize the purchase of my new car with a rare upcoming visit where my wife was to stay with me for a full week in Dothan, Alabama. I was very please with the help I received when purchasing this my Scion FR-S, however there are a couple of things I noticed that could have been improved. Let me start off with people I worked with: Angela Wilkerson (Product Specialist): I did all my research on the FR-S online and had a good idea about the car prior to getting to the Dealership. I just drove up and walked to the first person I could see, which happened to be Angela. Angela started off telling me the technical information on the car, but I stopped her and asked for a test drive. After the test drive , I decided to purchase the car. Since the color of the car I wanted wasn't available, Angela worked with me in order to find the right one. She introduced me to Wayne and served as an intermediary between he and I. She took or returned all of my phone calls regardless of time of day and made sure I was taken cared for. She was very accommodating throughout the entire buying process. In Short - I enjoyed buying my car from Angela - 5 out of 5 Stars. Wayne Patterson (New Car Sales Manager): He did an outstanding job finding the exact car for me. I was given options when the color I wanted wasn't available. I initially chose from the his options, a black automatic FR-S instead of the Asphalt Grey Automatic, however I came back to the Dealership a day or so later and insisted on the Grey Automatic. Wayne went out of his way in order to find it for me at the right price. In short - Truly professional - 5 out of 5 stars. Steve Barry (Finance Manager): Even though my wife and I scheduled an appointment through Angela to see Steve days in advance in order to complete the paperwork, we ended up waiting in the lobby for approximately an hour and a half before being seen. Time is a commodity for us, we wanted to minimize as much time at the dealership so we could do other activities as a family. Kids don't do well at dealerships. I didn't care for the interaction I witnessed between Steve and Angela. He seemed unduly harsh when addressing her. He had the appearance of frustration. Steve did an adequate job in creating and explaining the financial paperwork associated with the purchase, however the paperwork had some mistakes. As of this writing, I still have to inform Steve that the dealership has to apply online for a tax refund from El Paso, Texas in order to get my money back. The El Paso tax assessor's office no longer mails refund checks out everything is done online. The financial portion of this purchase required my wife and I to do some running around to get the car tags. Which is understandable, however I think the responsibility of finding out the correct information for a purchaser, regardless of situation, resides with the Finance Manager. This is easily accomplished by email or a simple phone call, then following up with the customer. In this situation, my wife and I are doing the leg work and I am following up with the dealership. In short - 3 out of 5 Stars. Overall - My buying experience was good. More

We rented a Toyota Sienna Minivan from Courtney Woodham at Toyota of Dothan. We were on our way to Florida in our RV, and had some trouble that required us to leave it at Camping World in Dothan. Camping World referred us to Toyota of Dothan and our experience with Courtney was excellent. She came and picked us up, the paperwork was quick and easy, and even gave us an extra set of DVD headphones for our three kids! The Sienna minivan was a great vehicle as well! It drove very well and had tons of room. Much thanks to Courtney, and Toyota of Dothan for saving our Spring Break! More

Last weekend my husband and I went out just looking at cars with no intention to buy that day. As we drove into the lot at Toyota of Dothan, we were greeted by the friendliest, happiest young man who int cars with no intention to buy that day. As we drove into the lot at Toyota of Dothan, we were greeted by the friendliest, happiest young man who introduced himself as Josh Hernandez and asked our names in return .I was especially pleased that he talked to me and treated me as professionally as he did my husband throughout the whole experience, which has not always been the case when we have shopped for cars. We began asking questions, all of which he could answer. We were so impressed with Josh's knowledge of the cars, but also with the fun and personable way he handled himself. Instead of the drudgery of looking for a new car, we really enjoyed the experience! Besides the fact that there was no sales pressure, Josh worked with us and with his managers to get us into the car we wanted with a price that was fair to everyone. We can say without any reservations that we strongly recommend this dealership and this young salesman. More
Josh Hernandez, a Product Specialist at Scion and Toyota of Dothan was extremely helpful in our quest for a new vehicle. He demonstrated superior product knowledge for the Scion and the Toyota products we w of Dothan was extremely helpful in our quest for a new vehicle. He demonstrated superior product knowledge for the Scion and the Toyota products we were interested in specifically the XB and the 4Runner. With Josh's assistance were have determined a Scion is not suitable to our needs but the 4Runner may be an alternative if we can not find a 4wd that can be towed 4 wheels down. More
My husband and I went to the dealership already knowing that we wanted a new Prius. Our salesman ended up being Michael Chancey. Not only was he knowledgeable enough to make our final decision a no brainer that we wanted a new Prius. Our salesman ended up being Michael Chancey. Not only was he knowledgeable enough to make our final decision a no brainer for us, he made our entire experience enjoyable. Never once did we feel pressured to spend more money than we were comfortable with. Michael was easy to work with and I honestly can't remember a time when either of us has laughed more with a salesperson anywhere! At one point someone passed by the office door and jokingly said we were having too much fun. They were really busy that evening so we had to wait a little longer than expected. That being said, Michael never left or made us feel neglected. He is an awesome salesman! We left Michael's office to finish the financial end with Steve Barry. Another great employee! Very friendly and incredibly helpful. Laid back and seemingly naturally happy, Steve never made us feel rushed even though it was late in the evening. These two gentlemen made our experience at Toyota of Dothan an outstanding one! A lasting impression that has ensured we will be back when my husband is ready for his new truck!! My wife and I were looking for a top rated vehicle for her first car, but we were in a tight with money. She wanted a car that would take care of her, and be there for her to go to work and school. Being her first car, we wanted to pay cash , but we only had a budget of less than $7000. We contacted Heath a family member and asked for help. He had just what we needed. With his great help we bought a toyota 4 door that my wife was so happy with. It met her total list of needs and we are very happy that Heath could help us. Woodrow was with a customer when I arrived for our appointment. When he realized it would be more than 5-10 minutes to wrap up he brought Michael over to begin assisting us with looking at the vehicl appointment. March 2nd was a bitterly cold, windy day, but there was no feeling of being rushed by either Michael or Woodrow to "make a decision". Woodrow was very patient explaining the details on the car that I was unfamiliar with as well as going over the financial aspects. He also assisted with setting up and making sure the blue tooth function worked properly. I was very pleased with the financing that was worked out so that I would be able to afford to trade my 2008 Corolla for a 2013 model. Because of the lateness of closing the sale, I was unable to have my car detailed at that time. A few days later, I was offered a loaner to go take care of the tag transfer while my car was being detailed. The one thing I would suggest is that when a car is being detailed, offer the customer the choice of having the seats protected at the same time. I know that is an extra cost, but from what I recall, it wasn't too expensive. I would have gladly paid to have it done at that time. It's easier than making an appointment to come back. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, friendly and professional. Our family has purchased several vehicles from you and more than likely will continue to do so in the future. More
