They ordered the wrong part, I waited over an hour. The other part that was done on the car would not have been purchased, without the other work being done….they didn’t ask me. I had two other quotes, The other part that was done on the car would not have been purchased, without the other work being done….they didn’t ask me. I had two other quotes, but chose Toyota because they gave me the best quote and now I find out it will be three times as much. Nope. Not happy. More

Horrible service, will cause more damage to your vehicle than what you came in without won’t take responsibility or accountability for it and charges you an ubsurd amount of money for a problem that caused. than what you came in without won’t take responsibility or accountability for it and charges you an ubsurd amount of money for a problem that caused. Came in with a stuck FILTER…the managed to break the PLUG BOLT and then had the audacity to tell me I’m responsible and have to either put a new hole and plug in the oil pan or replace the whole oil pan, all at my expense for their mechanic, with only a year of experience, destroying something that might be the easiest job to service on a vehicle. Was offers to speak with a manager on the matter, was never brought in, was charged hundreds of dollars for a simple oil change they make a mess of. Should just do the work yourself and save yourself the time, money, and headache More
