Waited 3 hours for tire rotation Came in for a routine 5k mile service. Was told there was a recall on a part, and They will see if they can change it. After waiting over 3 hours, my Came in for a routine 5k mile service. Was told there was a recall on a part, and They will see if they can change it. After waiting over 3 hours, my car was sitting in a lot with nothing being done to it. When I asked what was going on, they still did not know if it was going to be changed. At this point, I asked for my vehicle back. This was a complete waste of time, and I will not be returning to this dealer. More
