I called the above number thinking it was a direct line to you. However, it is just the general line. This is just another negative. The day we came in was the day before Thanksgiving and we had hoped to put a deposit to hold the car and come back to review and were told that you don't hold cars. We arrived at 4:30 and didn't leave until 7:45. While we talked figures we were never shown a printout of the itemized, detailed figures. I asked for it but my request was put off. The salesman seemed to be busy and we received several :"just another minute, I'll be right back." Then we were asked to get hold of our insurance to get a certificate-a nearly impossible task after 5:00 pm on the day before a holiday. In retrospect, we felt like we were 'rushed' to make the sale but delayed in all the steps and processes. Never being given exact details but only the bottom line. Also, it was unclear if the add ons were negotiable ($599+$299+$999). We did refuse the extra $2000+ fabric and ceramic coating. The price seemed a quite high from the online price of $20,700.00 We were first quoted a price over $26000 and said it was too much. With hardly time for my husband and I to see and discuss the itemized details, we were asked to make an offer. I offered $24,000. However, we are still thinking that was at least $500+ over what we thought the final price would be. It seemed the negotiation was rushed but all the paperwork was drawn out. We also had been told we did not have to put down any money. But when we finally met with John (after 7:00) we had to sign all the paperwork, which we never saw beforehand, and we were asked for a $2500 deposit. Finally, you have asked for our input for future customers, but how does that serve us?
