Second car in a row I have taken there were they don’t even bother to fill the window washer fluid. Every other dealership i have taken cars to for an oil change has filled it up, but not them. Same with the tire pressures. they rotated the tires but didn’t just the tire pressure to account for the fact the front tires have are supposed to have a different pressure than the back. Weirdly, they check the tire depths but before they rotate so their readings for the front and back are reversed.

Joshua my salesman was an amazing salesman! Extremely helpful and friendly! I purchased my Toyota grand Highlander on my birthday! He made sure when I picked it up that he had balloons and a handmade pot with a plant. I would definitely come back again and find him to purchase another vehicle! I will also let anyone I know buying a vehicle that he’s the guy to use! Also Eugene was very helpful with all the paperwork and vehicle warranty information!

Brand new Toyota Grand Highlander, 2400 miles now and brakes are vibrating. The sales person Grant Scalon accused me of loaning my car out and someone stopping at a high rate of speed causing the issue. The car sat for 1-2 months because I had surgery. They want me to pay a diagnostic fee and to fix it. They only want the sale! Do not buy from them!
