I have bought many cars in the last 30 years, and have learned to do my homework. I spent several hours on research. I had dealt with used car dealers before, and so came to the process prepared to be s learned to do my homework. I spent several hours on research. I had dealt with used car dealers before, and so came to the process prepared to be sweet-talked into buying more car than I could afford, only to find out from a mechanic that the car was nearly falling apart. I emailed my questions to Toyota Direct, and received a phone call from Greg Gee, encouraging me to come in and take a test drive. When I arrived, Greg was there to service my needs. He understood that my search was for a car that I could afford, and had the answers to all my questions. When I told him that I would have to take it to my mechanic, he answered that this was no problem. All the way through the process, Greg was helpful, warm and understanding, and did everything he could to make me feel that I was an important customer whose needs were most important. I am incredibly pleased with the service he provided for me. So much so, that 1 1/2 weeks later, when I realized that my plans to trade in a car for a car for my son, I turned to Greg. Once again he did an incredible job of providing excellent service. Though this car was older and cheaper, he understood my needs, and sold me a car which would fit my needs exactly. I am moving to Pittsburgh, but can tell you now, that when it comes to replacing my wife's car in the future, I am coming back to Columbus to deal with Greg. I will recommend Toyota Direct in general and Greg in particular, to anyone searching for a car. Great Job @@@!!! More

Chris and the Toyota Direct sales team went above and beyond our expectation. The day of our purchase was the height of the storm produced power outage. This is the 3rd truck / SUV we have bought from Toyota Direct. Couldn't have a better buying experience. I went to trade in my Scion for a bigger car for my growing family (my husband and infant car seat did not fit well in my Scion XA). I was interested in a lease because of how much value a car loses o growing family (my husband and infant car seat did not fit well in my Scion XA). I was interested in a lease because of how much value a car loses over the 5 years you spend to pay it off, I felt it's not worth buying new to pay 5 years on it to pay it off and then when you're ready for a new one, you start the whole process over. So I went in looking at leases, at first I was interest in the Camery and then I decided a Rav4 was the best option. With my trade in I would put the money down and I wanted $1500 back to help pay some debts, when it came down to it, we owed more on a loan I had on my car than origninally thought and we wouldn't be able to get out $1500 back and I wouldn't be able to get the monthly payment I knew we could afford, these were deal breakers. But the sales general manager got involved and took over as a salesman and worked in our favor. He worker feverishly to get more money back from my Scion and to help get the monthly payment to what we could afford all while getting us our $1500 cash back. He wasn't going to let us leave there without putting us in a new car, he wanted our new family to be safe and he worked very hard to help us. His generosity was far beyond what I've ever experienced. I knew the service center here was amazing, I never knew sales could be just as awesome. I love Toyota Direct and am forever grateful for what he did to help us get in a 2012 Rav4. I'm a Toyota fan for life, but I'm more dedicated to Toytoa Direct now for what they've done for me and my family. More
