My husband and I went to Toyota Direct on a busy Sunday afternoon after seeing a Toyota Highlander on their website. We called before making the 2 hour long car trip to Columbus and spoke with Patti. She was awesome about getting back to us when we called to ask questions and was even more amazing once we arrived. Although she was very busy with 2 other clients, she made us feel like we were still a priority. Patti also called to follow up to make sure we still loved our purchase. We loved her and we will be back to see her when we are ready to buy our next Toyota!!! We definitely recommend Patti if you're looking for a new vehicle. More

I recently purchased a car from Toyota Direct and had a very positive experience. To start, Melvin Jiles, the salesperson who helped us, was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgable about the car's features, and once i purchased the car, he spent quite a bit of time giving me a complete lesson on how to use every feature of the car, and also set up the Bluetooth app. Melvin provided me with a simple, honest and hassle free purchase experience. Perry Singh made the financial part of the transaction run smoothly and was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork. He too was very pleasant to work with. We met a few other people at the dealership, all of whom were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I wanted to compare small hybrid vehicles and Dave helped me to quickly get information on relevant comparators. Dave helped me get info on the features of the various Prius models and versions. He let me try out our car seat in a Prius c (it fits even on the 40% side). He helped us get a trade-in for my (pretty much dead) car (the reason we needed a new car in the first place). He was great about introducing us to the service folk, helping us get new keys, and showing us how our new car worked (Bluetooth especially). He helped keep my 4-year old occupied while we looked things over. All in all, it was a fine experience! And there were balloons and a banner when I picked up my first really NEW car! :-) More

Went to Toyota Direct to purchase a car, but was still undecided as to what "vehicle" I wanted. Rich let us test-drive several different models until I felt comfortable enough to make the decision which undecided as to what "vehicle" I wanted. After test-driving the first vehicle, Rich was able to zero in on exactly what features I wanted and steer me to the "perfect" car. I will tell you that we test drove other brands of vehicles after Toyota, but promptly came back to Toyota because of the brand, the features they offer, and the customer service they offer in sales and in service. Once we started the sales process, everything went so smoothly. I honestly can say that I've never had an auto sales transaction ever go so smooth. Rich worked with us to get the numbers to a point where we were comfortable, then everything moved right on from there. It literally took us 10 minutes in financing!!!! The presentation of the car at the end was phenomenal! You can really tell that this dealership takes pride in customer service, and in selling their brand!
