Unbelievable I strolled into toyota on an emergency because my mother's car was on its last leg. Late on a Thursday night. I met with Virginia and hugh, the general manager. I told them that I could not leave in my mother's car. It was a while since I had been in the car so I did it realize how unsafe it was. Staying late and bending over backwards, virgina, hugh, and the finance department more than rolled out the welcome mat. They went above and beyond a level of personal service. By 9 PM 1 hour after the dealer closed my mother left the dealership with a brand new 2018 toyota Rav 4. Being sympathetic to my situation the entire dealer made me feel like family. This dealership truely is amazing. My mother even sent Virgina flowers. THANK YOU. More

I do not make decisions quickly but I never felt any pressure from her. She took me for a test drive twice and gave me good advice as to which model was best for my budget. I have sent other people to Ginny over the years and they have all thanked me. When presenting certain options, whether on the insurance end or otherwise, she accepts "no" for an answer and, while she might give her opinion, in no way tries to persuade you to change your mind. As long as I stick with Toyota, Ginny will be my "person." More
