We shop at DCH for a reason We had a 2010 Toyota Sienna and needed to get a new one. We looked at other dealerships, and though they all seemed fine, we wanted to work with DCH T We had a 2010 Toyota Sienna and needed to get a new one. We looked at other dealerships, and though they all seemed fine, we wanted to work with DCH Toyota City. We have been going there for years and have always found them honest and helpful. John was a courteous, knowledgeable salesperson who worked with us to get a fair price. We are happy with our car and enjoyed the shopping experience at DCH Toyota City. More

Very Good Experience Joe was very thorough in explaining all the features of my 2020 Corolla. It can be overwhelming but Joe was sensitive as to what features I would use Joe was very thorough in explaining all the features of my 2020 Corolla. It can be overwhelming but Joe was sensitive as to what features I would use and would not.. He also was very helpful in setting up my favorite radio stations, my phone/contacts and the Entune service. I also want to thank John Pritts who sold the car to me.and Marco Lopez in Finance. He offered me a good deal (as a woman, I LOATHE the haggling that usually goes on when purchasing a new car and do my homework in advance). I knew that Brandon's proposal was a good one and within little time, we arrived at a price that was satisfactory to both us. He paid attention to details, did everything to get the color that I wanted and his follow through was excellent. This was a very satisfying experience. First time buying a car in 17 yrs I was hesitant for years to give up my car which took me everywhere and never let me down. I was a bid scared but it was time to treat myself . I had visited another Westchester dealrship and was very turned off. By accident on the way home from visiting a store I passed your dealership and realized that's where I bought my 1st Camry almost 30 yrs ago. The next day, I spoke to Alicia over the phone and did most of my negotiation with her. She made me feel relaxed and sure that I made the right decision to buy my new car at Toyota City. Brandon Gross picked up the ball after being told Alicia was out for a few days.. I did not meet either of them until this past Monday when I purchased my car. After finalizing my purchased I was introduced to a man perfect for his job...Joe Croce. He was there to explain everything about my car inside and out. I told him I may not remember everything we discussed and asked him if I could come back again my wife who was returning from Italy and give us both another review course. With the biggest and friendliest smile he said just call and we'll set it up. He was amazing, friendly , understanding and felt his true concern for me . My nervousness was gone and meeting him closed a great experience for me that day!! More
