Customer service is extremely down. Also try to up sale you on things not need. Carlos was telling my daughter that she did not need a simple oil change, that she needs 300 worth of ser Also try to up sale you on things not need. Recommend not to do the oil change when the car stick clear stated she need an oil change. Proceed to have her wait 3+ hours for a 25 minute oil change. She had to ask after 3 hours when her car would be ready, on the computer it stated it as done at 12:30 but was never actually done, made her wait 25 minutes more for it to be done. While she was waiting was made uncomfortable by a sell associate, kept calling her beautiful and staring at her. Made her uncomfortable. This is the third time she gone where she had problem. Never send her again or want to deal with the dealership. More
