Worse service process we’ve ever had at a Toyota dealership. Although we had a scheduled appointment, we waited in our vehicle for over a half an hour with no sign of our service advisor. Received no call, but a text offering to purchase our car. I attempted to reach our advisor several hours later but was only able to leave a voice message. Next text we received at the end of day telling us our vehicle was ready for pickup. More

He didn’t arrive at the scheduled appointment time, and I ended up having to fill out the service form myself so I could leave the car there and get to work. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, and I don’t mind delays as long as there is good communication. However, during both of these visits, I did not receive good customer service.
