Th XSE Dear Service Manager/Dealership Team, I am writing to share feedback on my recent service visit regarding my 2026 Camry XSE (521 miles). The right rear tire (Bridgestone 235/40R19 EL440) developed a bubbling leak. While I understand tires are not always covered under warranty, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. The replacement tire cost was $370 plus $35 labor, which is significantly higher than typical market pricing for this exact Bridgestone model. An alignment was recommended at only 521 miles, which felt unnecessary for a brand‑new car and added $160 to the bill. The entire process took four hours, which seemed excessive for a single tire replacement. This experience left me feeling that upselling was prioritized over customer care. As a new Toyota owner, I had hoped for a more supportive and fair approach, especially so early in ownership. I encourage the dealership to review pricing practices, avoid recommending services that are not clearly necessary on new vehicles, and improve efficiency so customers don’t spend half a day on routine issues. I was also told my vehicle needed an alignment, I asked for the before readings of the alignment just to find out it wasn’t even for my vehicle, if I didn’t ask to verify it they would have gladly charged me for a service that was not required More

And the dealership could have done better to keep me informed. Also not have a rental offered by the dealership throughout the process possed a huge inconvenience. Most dealerships offer courtesy/rentals during the warranty process. Not to mention when I picked up my vehicle for the repairs I had to bring the vehicle back because the switches and mechanism were not programmed properly. So even though yes it was repaired, it still was not functioning how it should!! For three weeks worth of work that was 100% not acceptable. More
