worse ever exprerience and I’m not coming back, I have an appointment at 0945, waited 1 hour in the car before the service advisor talk me, just for an oil change only, Carlos my service advisor said my car appointment at 0945, waited 1 hour in the car before the service advisor talk me, just for an oil change only, Carlos my service advisor said my car will be done around 1230 and I said with appointment it will take that long so waited 1230 i have no message from my service advisor, at 1 o’ lock i ask him about my car and he said there is 2 more car infront of me and there is a mixed up, so I told him that i have an appointment at 0945 and now youre telling that appointment means nothing and the best advised he can give at that moment when im really frustrated is just to take my car home after waiting for 5 hours, I been to a lot of service advisor but Carlos Carillo needs some good hard training.
