I arrived fairly early to my appointment to be greeted by a line of cars which seemed to suggest that I would be waiting well past my appointment time to be seen. To my surprise, I was met by a one of their team members shortly after my arrival and before my time. The second point is what happened after being processed at the reception area. The specialist who helped me, Keenon Bernal, was very professional and attentive. He made sure I received the best service in a timely manner. Even though the technicians were incredibly busy that day, I was able to get an inverter coolant flush/exchange service done in less time than expected. I'm very happy with the service! More
