I am sorry you feel this way I think the communication must have broken down as we only sent the vehicle to the body shop where your insurance company and the body shop took over from there.For you to have been in the loop with what your Insurance company inspected and the body shop was authorized to repair would have settled this issue. This is a communication break down that we have learned from as your insurance company and an outside body shop completed the paperwork,billing,and needed repairs. We thought that you were involved more than actual happened. This could and was still a discussion to be had with the insurance company decision for repairs. We could have contacted both the body shop and insurance with you for resolve assistance. We now have the body shop/insurance contact you with progress,repairs being completed and estimated. Sorry for the issues and would always like a chance to work with you/your vehicle again.
