I had my 08 camry (bought new, well maintained since) break down with an apparent electrical issue, 2 miles from this dealership. It took them 2 days to try and check the error codes but they couldn't ge break down with an apparent electrical issue, 2 miles from this dealership. It took them 2 days to try and check the error codes but they couldn't get a read for some reason. Then they called me and told me the engine block was cracked and would $14k repair. They said they found coolant on the cylinder head, so i pulled the spark plugs to look for myself with my flexible camera and it looked fine in there. They also broke a connector clip to one of the ignition coils. I replaced the harness and clip for about $10 just to start the car to get a 2nd opinion. It actually solved the problem completely. I've put a couple hundred miles on the car since with no issues. So, you decide if they're incompetent, dishonest, or both. I love toyota and my next car will be one. But it definitely will not be from these guys. $275 diagnostic was just an opportunity for them to try and truck me into trading in my car for a new one. More

Went in for an oil, filter change at 59k for my highlander. Was sold oil change and a 400$ throttle, fuel injector cleaning. The service rep said toyota recommends that at 60k. Being unaware and ignorant, I took the service advisors work and said ok. So yeah a 70$ oil change , 73$ cabin filter change and a 400$ throttle service. My car wasnt experiencing anything that would flag that service. I feel very disappointed in myself, usually I research a little better. More
