Was told to schedule appointment for brake recall. When I showed up in morning for work the service rep told me that Toyota was still working on the fix. unfortunately had a bad experience with this dealership. I had an appointment at 9. wasn’t checked in until 9:40. I was promised on paper to have my truck serviced by 12pm (simple oil change, fluid top off I had an appointment at 9. wasn’t checked in until 9:40. I was promised on paper to have my truck serviced by 12pm (simple oil change, fluid top off, and tire rotation) and when i checked to see the status of my vehicle they told me i still had 6 vehicles in front of me and that it would take atleast another 2-3 hours… they didn’t compensate me for wasting my time, i ended up leaving without the service being done. absolute shame! I feel like they did not give a crap! More
