Excellent work, customer service was outstanding, worked was done fast enough to make it to pick it up on time so I can get to work on time. The only thing that was missing was the shuttle service , we norm was done fast enough to make it to pick it up on time so I can get to work on time. The only thing that was missing was the shuttle service , we normally go to Toyota Norm Reeves were they too have excellent service and they have shuttle service. We just moved to Chula Vista and we decided to give you a try. We love for you to consider adding the shuttle service even though you do offer Uber rides it’s more personal to have a shuttle ride from Toyota that’s our personal opinion. More

Service was unsatisfactory. I could not get through to anyone over the phone. My car was. Parked far away when it was done. I was told it was out in front but it was not. I did not have a positive experience during this visit and felt that the service advisor was very inconsiderate of my time! I brought my car in on time. The service advisor (Kevin Laguna) confirmed my pho and felt that the service advisor was very inconsiderate of my time! I brought my car in on time. The service advisor (Kevin Laguna) confirmed my phone number and promised to have it done by approximately 10:30am since I was going to be waiting in the lobby. I was never provided an update or video if there was anything else that they recommended to have serviced. I noticed that the service department was very busy that day, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that this was the reason why my car was delayed. Around 12:15pm, I decided to walk around the sales lot because we are in the market for a new car. When I was done browsing the sales lot close to 1pm, I noticed that my car was sitting in the parking lot, so I approached the service desk and asked Kevin about my car. I asked him why I was never contacted that the car was ready. He responded nervously and apologized for the delay and told me that he would apply a discount for the inconvenience. When I reviewed the statement, the discount applied was $20 which is an absolute insult for wasting 2 1/2 hours of my time, a broken promise and no communication regarding my vehicle. To add insult to injury, according to the invoice, the car was ready at 11:38am! As you can see from my car’s service history, I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always had a positive experience. However, this visit was the exception and hopefully this feedback can be used for training/coaching purposes to help improve your service agent’s customer service.
