I have so much to say, I don't know where to start. I brought in my vehicle to get a 30,000 miles service and the recall problem fixed. He stated it would take 3 hours and I requested for a shuttle to my brought in my vehicle to get a 30,000 miles service and the recall problem fixed. He stated it would take 3 hours and I requested for a shuttle to my home. I was told it would take 10 mins. I checked back, they said another 20 mins. and to wait in the waiting lounge. Thirty minutes later, they stated the shuttle just left and my name wasn't on a list. At this time, I saw my vehicle ready to go but I was told that they needed to check on something and it would take another 30 minutes. They offered to put my name on a list for the shuttle but at this point I am very upset and frustrated. I stated I would wait for my vehicle because I had already spent my whole morning in the lounge. When I finally got my car, I was just told that the whole service wasn't done. I asked why they didn't approach me and tell me so I could have had the whole service done. It was a waste of my time. Poor customer service and communication. I will not recommended this dealership to any of my friends and family. I've had another poor experiences with this dealership in the past but this time was the last straw. More

HORRIBLE! What should have taken and week and a half almost took a month. Car was returned to me scratched and passenger side window nonoperational. Customer Service was great until I agreed to have my car fixed and then there was limited response to my phone calls and voice messages. This dealership is a NIGHTMARE! Do NOT take your car here for anything! More
