Steve, You were in on July 27 after speaking with Marco on the phone. At first you inquired about a 2013 Tacoma which was previously sold. Marco offered you an alternative 2011 Tacoma which was advertised for $19,888. You state that you came to an agreement with Marco, however we feel you were negotiating and never had a management approved deal with us. You state that we ran your credit which is true, what you don’t state is that you signed a credit application giving us permission to do so. We only run a customer’s credit during the negotiation process to make sure a client qualifies for the vehicle he is negotiating on. When you and Marco did not come to an agreement and you left the dealership all previous offers were no longer in effect. You also submitted an internet inquiry while working with Marco and had a different salesperson contact you. We understand that there is confusion when two different salespeople get involved. We apologize for any inconvenience that this brought you. At no point did this dealership “bait and switch” you. We were in good faith trying to work a deal with you and unfortunately we were unable to do so. Our 10 year reputation of providing good customer service is something we take great pride in. Unfortunately, we did not provide you with that service and for that we apologize. Best, Marisol
