Worse service process we’ve ever had at a Toyota dealership. Although we had a scheduled appointment, we waited in our vehicle for over a half an hour with no sign of our service advisor. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, and I don’t mind delays as long as there is good communication. However, during both of these visits, I did not receive good customer service.
