When there on Monday for maintenance service as a walk-in, couldn’t get the service done so made an appointment for Wednesday. I arrived at 6:20am to try to be the first one there to drop off my car for the appointment and hit the road to be at work on time since I work in Rancho Bernardo. While sitting there for about 15 mins a car pulls up and talks to a service agent who was walking into work and tells the car to pull into the lane next to me. Didn’t think anything of it since I clearly was there first. Then more cars pulled in before 7am. At 7am the service agents came out and went straight to that lane without asking who was there first when I clearly was there first. When an agent came over to my car they said I wasn’t in the system which I clearly was and asked for my confirmation information and went onto belong over cars. I provided my confirmation then they found my information and told me to wait. Other agents processed 3 cars and a walk in before getting to me which I was there first and was told I get get there early since I needed to be at work by 8am. The service agent clearly saw me in my truck sitting and then standing there and there processed other cars with out even asking and verification that I wasn’t there first. Then 15 mins later I get a text saying that Toyota Chula Vista is looking for the exact 2023 Toyota Tundra that I own and want to see my options on selling it. What kind of Mickey Mouse location is this? You provide horrible customer service and then try to hauck me to sell my truck? How about you take care of your customers and provide good service and then maybe get the next sell since buying from a great loyal company would be great. I asked for the manager information yesterday and was asked why and was not provided their email address This sucks because I leave so close to this location and know I can’t go back because I will get some sort of retaliation in the future for stating this information. Miriam my service agent was very kind and pleasant and probably saw I was upset yesterday morning as she did nothing wrong. It was the other sales agents who saw me there and let others in front and could care less. More

Mario was very helpful, told him what my main concern was with my vehicle and he made sure the technicians took the extra time to take care of it. They even sent me a video which provided peace of mind for m with my vehicle and he made sure the technicians took the extra time to take care of it.
