We try very hard to be the best we can be and to make sure that each and every customer has the best experience possible. In this case, we failed to meet that goal and, truly, I am sorry for that. It is never pleasant when things do not go as planned and when you do not experience the treatment that you deserve. We take customer service seriously and are known for having some of the best. I know you are upset, and I would be, too. That said the vehicle you came in for literally sold a few minutes before you got here. I know this as one of my other team sold the truck.
