Good experience A normal service department deals with 200 to 300 cars per day, everyone wanting immediate service the second they pull in. Toyota of Carlsbad service got to me within just a couple of minutes and Steve Guerrero was super friendly and went above and beyond the call to solve a minor issue. Service is tough and these guys meet the challenge well. You will never find a perfect service department, but when yours is friendly and patient and does what they can to see that you have a great experience, that is all that matters. More

Courteous, professional; never had a problem I'm typically reluctant to continue going to a dealership once warranties and service plans have expired, but I've made an exception with Toyota Carls I'm typically reluctant to continue going to a dealership once warranties and service plans have expired, but I've made an exception with Toyota Carlsbad Service. I've never had a problem, and have never felt pressure to buy or replace anything that didn't actually need it. I feel the standard service (oil change, tire rotation, inspection) is too high (over $100), but I trust the quality of the work and the integrity of the team, and I am therefore willing to pay that premium over less-expensive options. They also have a great waiting area, and I've always been able to get my car in within a day or two of calling. I'll keep coming back! More
