Purchase at Tony Serra was great. The service has been a bit lackluster. The technician reapplied a part they knew wouldn’t stick and was damaged when it was removed by them. I had a bad experience with my oil change. I waited 2 and a half hours and wasn't called when it was ready. She also acted like I was lying when I told her this was my free oil change. Love how fast and courteous the young ladies are working to get you in for vehicle service Ashtin Hipp is the young lady that waited on us and showed us where to go while we waited.
