The service attendant, Mandolyn, appeared less than 15 seconds after I pulled into the service bay. I needed an oil change, tires rotated, and scheduled maintenance done. I have to drive 45 minutes to get my car serviced at Nissan even though there are other service centers much closer. I do this because Nissan is as dedicated to customer satisfaction in service as it is in sales. More

Could do better! As I work in the automotive industry. I was told a year prior to my son losing control and not being able to steer(due to tie rod recall). That the company would call me once a solution became available. That was almost two years ago and I am the one who had to call them to see if the recall had a solution. While they had my vehicle instead of trying to generate more profits to see if there was anything else wrong with my vehicle and do a quick inspection while they had it in. They did not do so. Which is weird cause most place do try to upscale. Guess you guys missed out on some profit. More
