The dealership went to pick up the vehicle we wanted from another dealership. We were under the agreement that the vehicle we were getting had the complete premium package prior to the dealership leaving to another dealership. We were under the agreement that the vehicle we were getting had the complete premium package prior to the dealership leaving to get it. We were told this was the only way you could get a moon roof and the only way the brochure showed it. After signing papers, we were told the vehicle would be there and ready to pickup at 6:00. Once we saw the vehicle, we noticed it was not the complete package. This vehicle did not have a trailer hitch or 7 pin wiring harness. This was not disclosed to us prior to signing for the dealership to go and get this vehicle. Also we were told that the vehicle came with a five year maintenance plan. We were not told we were paying $4,000 for it in financing. We were told we were getting three years maintenance for free. I would like for the dealership to at least make the two hitch and wiring harness correct. Our sales representative did go to the manager, but the manager refused to make it right. The dealership should also make it known to customers that they are paying $4000 for a five year maintenance plan and a copy of what is included in the maintenance package. More

Very displeased with this dealer ive always heard horror stories about Serra, but hoped it would not be true... Very poor leadership and communication and above all dishonest. would not recommend no one to stories about Serra, but hoped it would not be true...
