I spoke to the manager, supposedly. They shuffled me off to the finance department who claim that they did tell me about the warranty, but he actually only mentioned it in passing and explained nothing about the warranty at all. No one told me that they were selling me a warranty, nor did they give me any paperwork for the warranty. They made me sign a paper to acknowledge that I was buying the car "as-is." They also sold me a car with a fob, but no key. They claimed that they were going to order a key for my car, but I've heard nothing else since they said they would order it. It seems that I'm probably going to have to get an attorney to get this sorted out.
