Refused to believe what I said. Was defiant. Cold and unfriendly. I don't want to use this service department for the car!!! I love the car, but had trouble with a backseat sensor. Was defiant. If that's the way they work, then I will never get good service ever. Most of the people were polite. But not him. This recked my experience with this dealership. More
