Overall the service department was friendly and informative. The Service Manager said he requested for my car's transmission to be covered under "Good Will" since the warranty had expired by 2000 m informative. The Service Manager said he requested for my car's transmission to be covered under "Good Will" since the warranty had expired by 2000 miles and the timeframe was around 1 year out. The request was rejected. I have no issues with the dealership. I'm only upset with the brand and that I didn't do more research on the CVT that comes in a lot of these vehicles. Please do your research before deciding on your purchase. More
