As usual, Lori Taylor has been outstanding in assisting me. My gripe is not with the dealership but with the Honda oil. Needed to do an oil change after less than 3000 miles as the oil life was at 5%. H me. My gripe is not with the dealership but with the Honda oil. Other oils allow 5000-7500 miles before an oil change is required. Since purchasing the Civic. all my service needs has been done at Honda. Seriously thinking of returning to my previous auto shop for my next oil change if this happens again. More
