When I was back on the road I drove directly to the dealership which thank GOODNESS was open on a Saturday when I needed them. Lori then made me feel secure, welcome and took care of my issues and even squeezed my car in that day and got her team to install a new battery to ensure my car was safe to drive. Even got a complimentary car wash! Even in the rain it was nice to get back on the road with a clean car. The entire team made me feel as if my scary ordeal was behind me and gave me confidence to return with any other issues in the future. More

Thorough and awesome! I was greeted by a pleasant attendant and was treated very courteously by all at the dealership. I did ask for them to look at my wheel alignment that I was greeted by a pleasant attendant and was treated very courteously by all at the dealership. I did ask for them to look at my wheel alignment that I had them take care of in December. The reason provided why the vehicle was pulling to the right was found not to have anything to do with the alignment, but perhaps the fact I had put on new tires prior to the alignment. I questioned the reason for this and unfortunately got into a bit of a heated discussion with the service manager. I felt really awful such a conversation took place. I guess the question brought up other issues that had occurred previously. I did have three Honda?s at one time, and now have two. It is inevitable I will need to bring my cars in for servicing. My hope is that I can maintain a positive relationship with the dealership, because for the most part, I do like my Honda cars. I also have found that the service department is very courteous and nice. I especially appreciate Clint. He is always gracious and courteous. I will continue to work with him in the future. He is always very positive and helpful. More

STAY AWAY I'm retracting my review from 11/16/17. Once they get your money you will be treated like you don't exist. Paid top dollar for a truck with 6k miles I'm retracting my review from 11/16/17. Once they get your money you will be treated like you don't exist. Paid top dollar for a truck with 6k miles that has been in the shop twice in the 1st 60 days. After digging into it I found that they buy vehicles from auctions without any knowledge of history. The truck had smashed break and fuel lines and was not fit to drive. Beneath all the armoral and fake smiles everyone is talking about is just a bunch of jokers. My sales person doesn't even work there anymore and the manager didn't show up to meet me and won't respond. Uprofessional to say the least and not interested in making things right. If you've had a good experience it's because they have to warranty new cars. Don't be fooled. More

Had left lots of Xmas gifts in my car and eveything was still there (had a bad experience with another dealership before-took all my loose coins in cup holder-which i did On purpose) My 1st brand new car was a Honda Accord back in 1996 or 1997 (not a good experience) 2015? I leased a CRV from Maui but shipped it to Hilo and serviced it in Hilo due to the pricing and NO agent treated me different . So happy to get a better price for my 2017 VAN and give Hilo the business !!! Thanks Kiko and his team for that !!! More
