Went into Honda because we killed the battery by sitting in a parking stall for over an hour listening to the radio, engine off, and forgot about the automatic day-time driving lights. After driving around for about 90 minutes, drove to Honda. They put the battery on charger/tester several times and were assured by readings that the battery is still sound. I hale their thorough efforts on the customer's behalf. And no scoldings from Lori. She's why I keep coming back More

We came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Glenn called and told us our tire tread was probably too low to go until the next oil change/tire rotation, so we got 4 new tires for the price of 3 and pe called and told us our tire tread was probably too low to go until the next oil change/tire rotation, so we got 4 new tires for the price of 3 and peace of mind with the only part that touches the road. Lori was amazing! I called to see if there was an appointment for service available and got a call back right away. I was able to schedule same day service and then add on safety check and transmissi appointment for service available and got a call back right away. We brought in our Honda Odyssey for several recalls. When we got home we noticed the rubber strip on one of our side sliding doors was crimpled in.
