It’s over a month and we’re still trying to get our traid in paid off. Their check for the new car was cashed within a week and were still waiting on them to pay our trade in. Customer service is horrible! We were sent on a wild goose chase to get our own money. Good luck with them returning your phone calls it’s so bad we had to drive to the dealership because we couldn’t get an answer from their people. First the said our bank had the check, then it was fed ex lost the check and now they don’t know where it is and want us to make the loan payment on a vehicle we haven’t owned in over a month. More

Never purchase a certified pre owned vehicle from them Purchased a certified pre owned BMW 5 series, after one week of ownership all types of indications showed on the I drive. Took it in for service which Purchased a certified pre owned BMW 5 series, after one week of ownership all types of indications showed on the I drive. Took it in for service which they said there wasn't anything wrong. Took the vehicle to another dealer which said it was never certified properly. Need a new timing chain, computer wasn't updated, brake fluid not flushed & turn signal module was never replaced. They denied any wrong doing. Deceitful and untrustworthy. I would NEVER recommend them for a new/used car or for any type of maintenance or repairs. I've owned 5 BMW's and this is the worst dealership that I've ever purchased from and dealt with. More

N the day I pick up my car I have a drivetrain malfunction and no AC out of the blue?! I swear these people ruined my BMW, and they refuse to take any accountability! More
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Took 7 WEEKS to fix my BMW and returned it with a big scratch and will not contacted me to fix it. Aweful They stole things from my car and air filter snipped wires in my shifter so it wouldnt grab gears. Chevrolet-level service I purchased a new 2016 BMW at this dealer and needed a simple service / repair. It's very difficult to get a person on the phone. After leaving a voice message with the issue and a call back number, no one ever called back (I guess I wasn't surprised!). I think the issue is they combine the Chevrolet and BMW dealer into one, and so the BMW service gets "watered" down. More

They are always very responsive and they never try to over-sell or over-price the service. Recently I had a very uncommon mechanical issue and the car was out of warranty. They provided me a loaner and fixed everything for free. They also did a whole bunch of other exceptional things for me, I'm sure through BMW USA and their own good will. I think they did the right thing due to the uncommon mechanical issue but they could have racked up thousands to my wallet and at least they would have been contractually/warranty strong. I decided to order a new BMW through them since they and BMW USA demonstrate such loyalty retention philosophy. We will probably order a second BMW through them for my wife soon. - Nick More
The comment left in 2009 has not changed things very much. All I can say is ,,, if you did not purchase the car at this dealership,,, you are treated very differently. Customer service for a BMW is no much. All I can say is ,,, if you did not purchase the car at this dealership,,, you are treated very differently. Customer service for a BMW is not a priority at this dealership They may claim it is,, but actions speak louder than words. They do not open until 8am,,, which most people would like to drop off there car before leaving for work. They do not have a loaner car, like most higher end dealers. To have a basic service,,, oil change takes the entire day. And to speak to someone on the phone is impossible,,, one person runs the entire service department, leave a message,,,, great customer service. More
