After reading I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 330i from Tom Bush BMW, though I had owned three other BMW's this was my first with iDrive. After reading and familiarizing myself with the manual and the car I still had lots of questions. Don Newell took the time to show me how to fully utilize iDrive, lots of tricks and shortcuts to simplify its use. Don also showed my wife some items on her car which has a different version of iDrive. I feel much more competent after our appointment. There is a reason they call these guys Genius, thanks Don. Turned lease back in with extra value and still charged We returned a 2015 BMW X1 off lease into the same place we purchased the car. The X1 was a nice ride, but it sits too low to the ground and picked up lots of road rash, normal wear and tear as far as I was concerned. Our salesman was great and feel really bad for him, because the X1 was under the miles allotted and we had 15000 miles under. So we were charged $400 for the white specs that showed through on a black bumper. Buyer beware if you own a dark bumpered car, the white specs will show. So our 15000 miles, a value of over $3000 in the car was negated and we have to pay out of pocket. I sent a letter to management asking them to review, and they did nothing. So go elsewhere for better customer service. More

Following a short time to familiarize myself with the technology changes and improvements from my previous 535i i met with Don Newell, the genius, for over an hour and learned even more. Don took the time to review each system, show me tricks I was not aware of on any of my previous BMWs, either because they were not available or I did not take the time to learn them.
